Just added a few more Social Icons

On a reader’s request (thanks, Timm) I have just added 4 (+2) more social media icons to the icon set.
Blogger, Google+, Vimeo and Picasa

There are 2 variants of Google+ and Picasa, because I couldn’t really make my choise between them. Do you miss any further icon? Just let me know.
